Holiday Giveaway – Contest Rules and Terms

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. The Season of Strymon Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, from any country, except where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to United States laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these official Contest rules.

CONTEST SPONSOR
Damage Control Engineering, LLC, located at 2488 Townsgate Rd Ste A, Westlake Village, CA 91361 (“Damage Control”), the parent company of Strymon Engineering, sponsors this Contest.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To enter the Contest, participants must:
– Provide their full name and email address on the official entry form available at https://www.strymon.net/holidaygiveaway2023/.
– Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

SUBMISSION USAGE
All entries’ information remains the property of the entrant. By entering the Contest, participants grant Damage Control permission to use their provided information for the purpose of the Giveaway and marketing activities related to Strymon products.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 PM PST on December 8, 2023, and ends at 12:00 PM PST on January 2, 2024.

PRIZES
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a collection of every product launched in 2023: Cloudburst, Brig, Ultraviolet, and Deco Plugin.

Runner-Up: One (1) second-place winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the four (4) Strymon products released this year: Cloudburst, Brig, UltraViolet, or Deco Plugin.

The winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. Winners will be notified by the email address provided in their entry form. If a winner is unreachable or unavailable for prize fulfillment, a new winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants. Prizes are brand new stock and come with the standard factory warranty. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the prize is permitted. Prize will be shipped to winner at no cost. Winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and duties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Damage Control is not responsible for any typographical errors or incomplete entries. Damage Control reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest due to fraud or technical failures.
