Last month we asked: What is your view when you’re playing your instrument?
Do you look at your pedalboard? A packed audience? Out a window? The clouds? A wall? A rehearsal space? A sleeping pet?
Over the last several weeks, we’ve been excited to see all of the creative and unique photos from your playing perspective. There were so many great photos we decided to give away three El Capistan and Tap Favorite combos instead of the originally planned two. And yet there were still too many good photos, so we’ve also picked 16 runner-up winners that each will receive a Strymon t-shirt.
Thanks very much for participating, it was a ton of fun! And now, for the winners.
Grand prize winners:
Alan Currall

awesome im a runner up thats great 🙂
I was going to buy one but my health went south and I had to give up hopes of owning one. Maybe when or if I get my disability going I might be able to get one in a couple of years or so. AS far as wok I had 2 heart attacks, triple bypass, blood clots with arterial strip that left my left leg paralyzed from the knee down, two bad heart valves and 3 more clogged arteries they are trying to use drugs to clear. So I don’t know when I can get one. Probably best just to give up on it. Thanks for your time , sorry for bothering you.
So many of the winners are the same type of shots…looking down the guitar, pedal board out of focus.
Some are great and some not so creative.
Congrats to the winners
